Chief Steve Wachter and I arrived safely at Yokota Air Base, Japan following an 8.5 hour flight from Hawaii and a 2 hour bus ride from Narita International Airport to Yokota. It is rainy and 40 ish degrees cold. Hope the day clears enough for picture taking. We had a warm greeting from MSgt Lee and Fr. Rowan upon our arrival. Looking forward to meeting with the staff today and touring the base.
