Chief Wachter and I are currently at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa. We had a nice pastoral visit with the staff of Ch, Col Clift Perry, a friend from the Ramstein Germany/USAFE days. I interviewed the staff, and discussed personnel and deployment issues. The hospitality was second-to-none.
