Yokota Air Base, Japan

We are having an enjoyable time time with the staff at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The staff gave us a comprehensive "in-brief" and hosted us at local eating establishments. The chapel building looks great and the many ministry programs are reaching our Airmen as they serve the United States. The chaplains and chaplain assistants work in teams which multiply their ministry and increase moral. I have thought alot about Yokota Air Base over the years because I was to be assigned here in 1987, but was diverted to England, UK. All in all, the trip is going extremely well.
